about message house
Message House exists for the woman whose message is ready for a bigger room.
Message House was founded by Madeleine DeSena, who spent ten years building PR strategy and messaging for billion-dollar deals, preparing senior executives and CEOs at some of the world's largest companies. She learned what actually holds up when the stakes are real, and it was never the perfectly polished vanilla story. It was the person who knew exactly who they were and stood in integrity. She's taking that same standard to the female founders who are transforming the world one stage at a time.
We work with women who feel lost in the noise, unsure how to articulate the gift they carry, or defeated by strategies that never quite fit who they actually are. What we deliver is transformation, not a general marketing service, because the woman who becomes fully herself doesn't just grow a business. She changes what the women watching her believe is possible for themselves.
We start beneath the surface by excavating the story that has always lived inside our clients and shaping it into a narrative that actually feels like who they are, not a theorized version of them built for external approval. Then we build the presence to carry it, training the body, voice, and authority to hold a room with the same conviction we bring to boardrooms and press interviews. We build the strategy, create the content, and secure the stages. Every detail behind the scenes is ours to carry, so our clients only have to do one thing: show up as exactly who they are.
Every woman we help become visible becomes proof for the next one still hiding her gift. That's the world we're building toward, one message at a time. We don't build visibility to add to the noise. We build authority that creates ripples throughout the world.
about madeleine
I spent ten years building messaging and PR strategy across agency and in-house teams, working on deals worth billions of dollars for some of the world's largest companies. I prepped senior executives and CEOs before they walked into boardrooms, press interviews, and the moments that either built their authority or cost them the deal. I learned what actually holds up under pressure, and it’s not the scripted, bland story. It’s the person who knows exactly who they are and stands confidently in their integrity.
That's the pattern I noticed from the inside. The executives who commanded a room weren't the ones with the best talking points. They were the ones who had already done the work underneath, the excavation of what they actually stood for, so nothing that came out of their mouth was borrowed or rehearsed. Everyone else was still performing a version of themselves they hadn't fully claimed.
I work with established entrepreneurs who are ready for a bigger room but haven't been seen at the level their work deserves. I've built messaging strategies for clients across mental health, hospitality, healthcare, and beyond, and every one of them walked away with the same thing: total clarity on who they are, what they stand for, and how to carry that into any room with authority.
After sitting at the table with executives responsible for closing billion-dollar deals, I’m now taking this expertise to founders who are transforming the world one stage at a time. I know what conviction sounds like when the stakes are real. That's what I bring to every client who sits across from me.
Your message is ready for a bigger room, and I'm the one who gets you there.
